With a social work degree, you will gain the skills and core cultural competencies to work with a diverse range of populations — from children and families, to people with disabilities, elders, healthcare organizations and communities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With Bemidji State’s Social Work Program, you’ll have the opportunity to specialize in Addictions, and even earn a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor Certificate concurrently with your degree. And for those aspiring to become certified mental health counselors, BSU’s program sets you on the fast-track — we’re the only social work degree program that allows you to complete a master’s degree in just one year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
