Proceeds support instrumental music scholarships for students attending BSU.<\/p>\n<p>The gala will begin with a social hour at 6 p.m. followed by a gourmet dinner at 7 p.m. featuring crown roast of pork and an evening of dancing from 8-11 p.m. to the music of the BSU Jazz Band I and vocalists under the direction of Dr. Steven Konecne, BSU professor of instrumental music. Vegetarian meals will be provided on request.
