Spring 2026 Tuition and Fee Due Dates<\/h2>\n

Registration cancellation for non‐payment is a process by which the university reviews all outstanding accounts to ensure the minimum financial requirements<\/strong> have been met.<\/p>\n

Students will not be dropped from their registered classes if they meet one<\/strong> of the FINANCIAL REQUIREMENTS<\/strong> below:<\/p>\n

  1. Financial Aid has received your 2025-2026 FAFSA OR<\/strong><\/li>\n
  2. You have made a payment to tuition and fees of 15% or $300, whichever is less OR<\/strong><\/li>\n
  3. You have a scholarship or third party award of at least $300 that is on record with the Financial Aid or Business Office OR<\/strong><\/li>\n
  4. You have set up a Nelnet Payment Plan through e-Services.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Spring 2026 Payment Deadline<\/h3>\n

    All student bills must be paid in full February 16, 2026<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

    Do not assume that your classes will be dropped. It is the student’s responsibility to drop classes if you do not plan to attend.<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Students are responsible for watching your account on e-Services and making certain everything is paid in full.<\/p>\n

    See MinnState policy<\/i><\/i><\/a> for further details. Registration holds, late fees and drop for nonpayment can occur if payments are not made within the structure of this plan.<\/p>\n

    Total Withdrawal and Refunds — Spring<\/h3>\n

    For any courses beginning after the first week of the term, students have one business day following the first day of the course to drop ALL<\/strong> course(s) without charge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

    11th through 15th Business Day of the Term<\/td>\n50% when you have withdrawn from ALL courses<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    16th through 20th Business Day of the Term<\/td>\n25% when you have withdrawn from ALL courses<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n
