Student Account & Payment Office (formerly Cashier’s Office)<\/p>\n

We encourage students to make payments to their accounts through e-Services and to sign up for direct deposit for financial aid overages and student payroll.<\/p>\n

Hours and Procedures<\/h2>\n

Staff are available in person, via email or phone<\/span><\/p>\n

Hours: Monday – Friday: 9 am – 3 pm (FALL\/SPRING)<\/span><\/p>\n

Payment Options<\/h3>\n

Payments<\/a> can be made online (by credit card or e-check) thru e-services, by check or money order or in person at the Student Account & Payments Office \/ Deputy 202.<\/p>\n

Student Tuition and Fees<\/h2>\n

Tuition & Fees<\/a> provides information for 91̽»¨ students on tuition and fees payment options, financial aid disbursement, loans and policies. Additionally, students can find resources such as billing guides, tuition rates and a net price calculator<\/a>. The page also includes information for PSEO students, how to update personal information and contact information for the Business Services department.<\/p>\n

Employee Tuition Waiver<\/h3>\n

This is completed online & submitted to HR. If you have questions, please contact HR at BSU-NTC-HR@bemidjistate.edu.<\/p>\n

Employee Tuition Waiver Submission Deadlines<\/h3>\n

The deadline to submit a tuition waiver is 10 days after the start of the class.<\/p>\n

If no class date is specified (ex. Independent Study), the deadline is 10 days after the start of the respective semester\/session.<\/p>\n

Please be aware of Student Financial Service’s important dates to avoid having classes dropped for non-payment. If classes are registered for but tuition waiver has not been filed for by Early Registration Guarantee Date, classes will get dropped.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Parking Permits<\/h2>\n

Parking permits must be registered online & paid for & then picked up at the Student Accounts & Payments Office.<\/p>\n
