The credits can be taken in addition to a student&rsquo;s plan of study, spread throughout semesters as their schedule permits pending prerequisites.<\/p>\n<p>The PrePrimary Endorsement may also be added to an existing Elementary license for grades K-6.<\/p>\n<h2>PrePrimary Endorsement<\/h2>\n<h3>Take all of the following<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>ED 3670 Foundations of Early Childhood Education (3 credits)<br>\n<em>16 hours of field experience outside of class<\/em><br>\n<em>Offered fall<\/em><\/li>\n<li>ED 3677 Relations and Management in Early Childhood Education (3 credits)<br>\n<em>16 hours of field experience outside of class<\/em><br>\n<em>Offered spring <\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Student Teaching<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>ED 4811 PrePrimary Student Teaching (5 credits)*<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>*When combined with Elementary Education you will complete a total of 12 Student Teaching credits.<\/p>\n<p>*If you are already licensed and are adding a PrePrimary Endorsement, you will complete an 80-hour practicum in place of the student teaching requirement.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The PrePrimary Endorsement is an optional add-on for Elementary Education candidates and results in licensure to teach Age 3 &ndash; PreK.
