Steps for Seeking Accommodations<\/h2>\n

Seeking accommodations for a disability is an interactive process between the student and the Accessibility Services office. In general, there are three components to this process: Application for services, Meeting with Accessibility Services and Documentation.<\/p>\n

Student Accessibility Services<\/h3>\n

Submit an application<\/strong><\/i><\/a> for accessibility services at 91̽»¨ or Northwest Technical College. The information you provide will be kept private in accordance with the Family Education Rights & Privacy Act (FERPA).<\/p>\n

Application Instructions<\/h4>\n

  1. Sign in using your student email (YourStarID@go.minnstate.edu) to access the application form.<\/li>\n
  2. Once you’re signed in, click on the “New Student Application” to open the form.<\/li>\n
  3. Complete the form with your details.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Please note: If you log out before hitting the “Submit” button, you might encounter a “404 page not found” error when you try to access the form again. If this happens, simply close your browser and open the page in a new window.<\/p>\n

    Discuss your needs and available accommodations at your scheduled appointment.<\/p>\n
