Bed Loft Requests Must be Completed in the Housing Application for Guaranteed Set-Up by Move-In Day Online Room Selection Ends (after August 1 our office will begin randomly assigning rooms to those students who have not made a selection) |

| September 5 | Last Day to Change Meal Plans for Fall Semester |
| September 8 | Room Change Requests for Fall Semester Begin |
| October 1 | Spring 2026 Only & New Student 2026-2027 Housing Applications Open on e-Services |
| November 26-28 | Fall Break (all halls remain open during this break, but no meals served) |

Returning Student 2026-2027 Housing Applications Open on e-Services Spring Semester Housing Cancellation Request Deadline (this is due to graduation, withdrawal from BSU, etc.) |
